Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, it cannot be modified or cancelled unless explicitly stated.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship across India. Delivery timelines are:

  • Ready stock items: 3–5 business days

  • Custom orders: 7–10 business days

Delivery timelines are approximate and may vary due to external factors beyond our control.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Due to the handmade and personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is damaged or incorrect.

In case of damaged or incorrect products, customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery along with clear photos and order details.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 5–7 business days.

6. Custom Orders

Custom orders are made specially as per customer requirements and are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless damaged during transit.
